Pooch Requirements:

  • As of 1st February 2024, it is a criminal offence to own an XL Bully dog in England and Wales unless your dog has a Certificate of Exemption. If your dog has an Exemption Certificate, they must be muzzled and on a lead at all times but are welcome at the event.
  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
  • All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
  • No retractable leashes, which may be hazardous in a crowd.
  • No female dogs in heat
  • All dogs must wear a collar with a tag that includes the owner’s name and address (this is a legal requirement). It’s also a good idea to include your mobile phone number, especially at a busy event.
  • Dogs should be well-socialized and friendly towards others, especially children.
  • Do not attend with a dog who is nervous or fearful of other dogs or people.
