How to Get to the Big Bark

Cirencester Park is a stunning and spacious venue just a short walk from the town centre. Whether you’re travelling by car, train, bus, or on foot, it’s easy to get here – and well worth the trip. 

By Car 

From the North (e.g. Cheltenham, Gloucester):
Take the A417 southbound towards Cirencester. Exit at the Cirencester turn-off and follow signs to the town centre. Cirencester Park is clearly signposted from there.

From the South (e.g. Swindon, Marlborough):
Follow the A419 northbound towards Cirencester. Exit at the Cirencester junction and head towards the town centre. Follow signs for Cirencester Park.

From the East (e.g. Oxford, Burford):
Take the A40 and then the A429 towards Cirencester. Continue through the town and follow signs to the park entrance.

From the West (e.g. Stroud, Forest of Dean):
Head east via the A419 or B4425 depending on your starting point. Once in Cirencester, follow signs to the park.

Parking 

There will be signposted event parking available near the main entrance. Please follow signage and any steward instructions on the day. 

By Train 

The nearest train station is Kemble, located about 4 miles from Cirencester. Taxis are available outside the station, and the journey to the park takes around 10 minutes by car.

By Bus

Regular bus services run to Cirencester town centre from nearby towns including Swindon, Cheltenham, and Gloucester. From the town centre, the park is within walking distance – just head west along Park Street or Cecily Hill.

On Foot or By Bike 

Cirencester Park is easily accessible from the town centre. If you’re walking, use the entrance at Cecily Hill. If you’re cycling, there are areas to lock your bike near the entrance gates.
