Canine Events ltd Easy Payment Terms
We will total up the fees due for events booked via your form/s. We’ll split this payment into six instalments payable via standing order to Canine Events Ltd on the first day of each month from the commencement of your scheme.
The sum will not be subject to the addition of interest.
The agreement is binding and failure to meet the terms will allow Canine Events ltd to take recourse as outlined below. An admin fee of £15.00 will be charged for late payments.
- In addition, the following terms and conditions will apply:
All payments will be spread over 6 months by standing order on the 1st day of each month to Canine Events Ltd, Sort code 60-83-71 Account number 71104862 - The scheme can only be used for monthly payments of £15.00 and above.
- If a payment is more than 14 days late Canine Events ltd reserves the right to cancel all the bookings that have been reserved for 2022. If payments are resumed and spaces have subsequently been reserved, we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred.
- No payments will be refunded against events that are cancelled by the exhibitor.
- Failure to make payments to the monthly payment scheme entitles Canine Events ltd to terminate the bookings we have reserved.
- Any payment disputes must be put in writing to jo@adoggydayout.co.uk within 7 days of the dispute.
Both parties will receive a printed copy of this agreement and will be responsible for upholding its terms.
If you decide that you’d like to go ahead with the scheme, once we know which events you will be trading at, we’ll let you know how much your monthly payments will be and send you a copy of the above to sign. Please note that if, once the scheme is up and running, you add any additional events to your schedule during 2022, they will be included in the Easy Payments scheme at the discretion of Canine Events ltd, otherwise they will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
